Updates i18n strings across many locales adding order flow, wallet funding, tx review, card warnings, and new error/messages.

• i18n (multiple locales):
  • New/updated flows:
    • Adds perps.order messages (cash out, placing prediction, order status).
    • Adds onboarding texts: fund_your_wallet, get_ready_for_web3.
  • Transaction review:
    • Renames labels: tx_review_perps_deposit → "Funded Perps", tx_review_predict_deposit → "Funded Predictions", tx_review_predict_claim → "Claimed Wins".
    • Adds tx_review_predict_withdraw.
  • Approvals/requests:
    • Adds predict_withdraw request type; keeps predict_deposit.
  • Fees UI:
    • Adds paid_by_metamask in confirm gas fee context.
  • Card home:
    • Adds warnings object with close_spending_limit and need_delegation (title, description, confirm label).
  • Errors:
    • Adds errors.fetch_user_details.
  • Misc:
    • Minor copy tweaks (e.g., tutorial titles, descriptions).
